Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Candelyra processes when you create an account, upload a chart, use Candelyra Guide, make a purchase, or send feedback.

Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate Candelyra: your account email, profile and preference settings, chart images you submit, generated analyses, Guide messages and history, credit and order records, and feedback you choose to send. Our authentication provider handles your password; Candelyra does not receive your readable password. Payment providers process payment credentials, and Candelyra stores only the order and payment status needed to fulfil purchases.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, perform requested chart analyses and Candelyra Guide responses, maintain history, enforce usage limits, fulfil payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, protect the service, and improve reliability. Guide sends only limited, relevant workspace context to inference infrastructure when needed; it does not receive raw page DOM, uploaded images, payment details, or unrelated profile data. Candelyra does not sell your personal information.
Automated processing and service providers
Chart images and Candelyra Guide prompts may be sent to inference infrastructure solely to produce the response you requested. Account, payment, hosting, and feedback providers process limited data on our behalf. Their systems may operate outside India and apply their own security and retention practices.
Retention and deletion
Account history is kept while your account is active so you can revisit it. Operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. You may request account deletion by emailing us from your registered address.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. You can avoid placing personal or confidential information inside chart images and Guide messages. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a transaction.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted server credentials to reduce risk. No online system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Candelyra accounts and paid services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer trading-related services to children or intentionally collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated when material revisions are published.
